These are some other initial issues on my Rok, after taking delivery:

  1. the passenger grab handle is loose
  2. the passenger front window makes a serious clunking sound when winding up or down
  3. the passenger front door has n nasty rattle
  4. almost every window has bubbles or dirt spots under the auto armour

I’m pretty sure the rattle in the front passenger door and the clunking noise when using the window, are related 😉 (waiting for an appointment to have this resolved – will update there after)

Also had a trailer hitch fitted and when scanning with VCDS, noted that it was uncoded and uninitialized… wondering whether the trailer sway control will function as expected?

I scanned it with VCDS after taking ownership and found CAN Gateway control module incorrectly coded – probably from fitting the trailer hitch control module (I can only wonder how thorough the PDI was…):
